Day 1
Drive south to the resort city of Eilat on the shores of the Red Sea. Before entering the city, visit King Solomon copper mines. Upon arrival to Eilat visit the undersea observatory to view the colorful variety of underwater fish. Transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Drive to the border with Egypt, passport control and border crossing formalities. Board a bus and drive south along the Red Sea Shores and to St. Catherine Monastery located at the foots of Mt. Sinai. Visit the monastery and see the traditional “Burning Bush”. Check in the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Early morning, before sunrise, climb the 3000 steps to the top of Mt. Sinai, which is the traditional place where God gave the Torah to the Israelites. Viewing the sunrise from top of this tallest mountain, is an inspiring experience. On the mountain top there are two ancient buildings, a church and a mosque and the view of the Sinai Desert is breathtaking.
Descend the mountain for breakfast at the hotel and drive trough the Sinai Desert to the Suez Canal. Cross the canal and continue west to Cairo. Check in the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 4
Drive along one of the Nile's canals in a picturesque area to Memphis, the capital of the Old Kingdom. View the colossal reclining statue of Ramses II, the Alabaster Sphinx and the ruins of the Temple of Ptah, where the Apis Bulls were worshipped.
Proceed to the Necropolis of Sakkara to view the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the Scrapeum, the Tomb of Ptah-Hotep and the chamber of Ounas with it's richly inscribed walls. We continue our day with a visit to one of the seven wonders of the ancient world - the Pyramids of Giza - the great Cheops - 479 feet high; - Khefren at 470 feet high; and Mycerinus at 217 feet high - all towering over the silent and cryptic denizen of the desert, the wondrous Sphinx.
Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5
Visit the Egyptian Museum, filled with thousands of Pharaonic artifacts, including the fabulous treasures of Tutankhamen. Drive through central Cairo around the bustling squares. Cross Abuel-Ela Bridge to Zamalek on Gezira Island, the location of the famous sporting club, Cairo Tower and the new Opera House. We will tour the Citadel, the medieval fortress of Salh El Din and the location of the beautiful Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali.
Proceed to the Sultan Hassan Mosque, built between 1356 and 1360, one of the largest in the world. Directly opposite to it is the Mosque of Rifai, where members of the ex-Iranian royal family are entombed, including the Shah of Iran. Roam through the ancient twisting passages of the Khan El Khalil, Cairo's famous bazaar, filled with small shops and factories, selling all kinds of crafts and goods.
In the evening take a short cruise on the River Nile with dinner and entertainment aboard the ship. Depending on flight itinerary, we might leave to the airport for our flight back home or drive to the hotel.

Day 6
Transfer to airport and departure. Arrive back home.
