Day 1 - En Route

Depart USA on an overseas flight to Tel Aviv, Israel. Enjoy hot dinner and entertainment aboard the airplane.

Day 2 - Tel Aviv

Arrive Ben Gurion airport. Greeting and assistance at airport. After passport control, our representative will meet you and help you with your luggage, and will lead you out to your bus and guide.

Transfer to hotel in Tel Aviv for Dinner and overnight. (D)

Day 3 - Friday

After breakfast, drive to Ramla. Visit with the Ethiopian at the community center hear about their Alia process and challenges. Tour the city of Ramla, the 4 landmarks, The Great Mosk, The pools of Arches the Franciscan church and the white mosque compound. Later visit the bustling Market and eat lunch at a restaurant.

If time permits return to our hotel to refresh and get dressed for Friday night Kabbalat Shabbat services at Shorashim.

Afternoon visit Pinat Shorashim, visit the biblical Garden and join the kehila for services.

Dinner with the kehila families. Drive back to Hotel for overnight (B, D)

Day 4 - Saturday

After breakfast, free morning for Shabbat services in Tel Aviv.

Later in the afternoon drive along the "Via Maris" to Caesarea. Visit the reconstructed Roman Theatre and walk the ancient streets. See the Crusaders Walls and the 2000 years Old Aqueduct. Continue to lake Kinneret and enjoy a cruise on the beautiful lake.

Drive to your hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight. (B, D)

Day 5 - Sunday

After breakfast, explore the surroundings of the Lake Kinneret. Visit the remains of a Biblical village and Synagogue at Capernaum. Drive North to the Golan Heights. Visit a former Syrian position and get impressed by the beautiful view of the Hula Valley. Visit Tel Dan and its excavations. Visit Banyas, the main source of the Jordan River. Visit Katzerine a city on the Golan heights.

End the day with a quiet moment at the peaceful cemetery where "Rachel" and Neomi Shemer are resting in peace. In the evening Dinner on your own you can try one of the many restaurants in Tiberias. Overnight Tiberias. (B, L)

Day 6

After breakfast, drive south along the Jordan Valley. Visit the largest archeological site in Israel, Beit Shean, a huge Spa center from Roman time, at the foot of Mount Gilboa, the place where King Saul was killed.

Drive to Beit Alfa to see the beautiful mosaic floor at the ancient synagogue. Continue pass Jericho, the most ancient town in the world. Drive along the Dead Sea shores to Qumran. Visit the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in 1947. On to our Spa hotel Golden Tulip on the shores of the Dead Sea for dinner and overnight.(B, D)

Day 7
After breakfast, have some free time to enjoy the special experience of floating on the saltiest water on Earth. Check out of the hotel and drive to Massada.

Ascend by cable car to visit the remains of the amazing fortress built by Herod, the great. Visit the palace, the Synagogue and other interesting remains. Descend by cable car and drive to "Abrahams
Tent" for a Biblical experience of Abraham's hospitality.

In the evening arrive a your hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.(B, D)

Day 8 -

Depart early morning to view the new part of Jerusalem. Meet with Hadassah hospital personnel for a special activity. (Children under 16 can't visit the department instead they can either go to the Biblical Zoo or science Museum). Later visit the new Begin Institute.

In the late afternoon do the water tunnel of city of David. Dinner and over night at our hotel in Jerusalem. (B, D)

Day 9 -
We will have a very early breakfast as we have an appointment at the TUNNELS, continue for a special service at the Archiological site of Davidson center. Later visit the old city Jewish quarter, Wailling wall and the Burnt House. On to a special visit to the Knesset.

Dinner on your own. Overnight at our hotel in Jerusalem. (B)

Day 10 - Friday
Visit ammunition hill, Mt Hertzel cemetery where many of Israel leaders are barried. Visit the Shuk Machane Yehuda and get ready for kabbalat Shabbat, mea Shearim.

Day 11 - Saturday
Morning services at Synagogue, after noon walking tour of Jerusalem.

Day 12 -
Visit Israel Museum, a special visit to Yad Vashem. Rest of the day free. In the evening we celebrate with a farewell dinner and many great memories.

Transfer to airport for our flight back to USA. (B,D)

Day 13 -
Arrive back home.
